I'm extremely overjoyed to see this happening. For our family it's the beginning of another chapter, but one I had longed for. Although I and many others are no longer able to help you, we did leave the family history as best we could. Talk to those who are still with you, they remember. And use what you have, to find out what you don't know and to find those who are also searching for you.
The others and I are asking each of you to participate in bringing our family and history together and then continuing to pass it on to future generations. This can happen. Most of all and most importantly, as you continue the reunions, don't forget to make sure you have planned for our grand reunion, so you can join us. Do this not only for me, but for the children and you who are still living.

The Harper/Blackwell Tree began when siblings of William and Emma Blackwell married siblings of Henry and Janie Harper.
James Blackwell** married Victoria Harper, sister of Julian.
And Julian Harper* married Rosa Lee Blackwell, sister of James.

Our roots are in Georgia, (Elbert County), NE of Atlanta, but Atlanta, Cleveland and Columbus Ohio, and Florida hold major family groups.
